Congratulations to our Minors who claimed the county 2026 title last night in a very impressive display under lights in FTP.
Mary’s were leading at HT but had to deal with an energised St Pats right from throw in for the second half who fought their way to within a point of our lads. Mary’s stood up all over the pitch with some great midfield battles, heroic defending including great goal saves and put their prolific forwards into a great position to power ahead which they did with some great points from Emmet Cagney, Darragh Keane and Ben Murphy to mention just a few.
They finished with a score of 4-15 to Pats 5-07 to walk away with the county honours.
